We are SBA/USDA loan consultants certified by the industry association and working capital funding professionals with a combined 60+ years experience in the financial industry. Partnering with a national SBA-approved Loan Service Provider and commercial bank focused exclusively on working capital funding programs, our goal is to assist community banks and small business owners to create solutions for financing needs.
For Community Banks we become their SBA and ABL loan department, providing:
· Front-end eligibility expertise (evaluating and qualifying loan requests, collecting financial documentation, and preparing a detailed loan application package and summary analysis for lender underwriting and approval).
· Backroom assistance (completing conditions for closing, preparing loan documents and coordinating loan closing /funding).
· Ongoing monitoring, servicing and reporting after the loan closes to ensure bank, SBA, and regulatory compliance.
For Small Business Owners we offer:

Joe Wojtowicz is the founder of BizLoanFunding.com, a division of 3W Enterprises, Inc. Joe has over 39 years experience in the lending industry - primarily in SBA lending. During the 1980’s he worked with several national lenders providing turnkey financing to the franchise industry. In the 1990’s he helped build a start-up SBA lender into the number one SBA lender in the nation.
After many years in the industry originating and funding hundreds of millions of dollars in small business loans, Joe decided to start an SBA loan consulting | packaging | placement business in 2009. His goal: “to assist community banks and small business owners with SBA lending and working capital funding.”
Dave Nighswander joined BizLoanFunding in 2010. He began a career in commercial lending in the late 70’s working for national, regional and community banks. In the early 90’s he left banking for an opportunity with a start-up company providing lender sales training and support to community banks. Over the past 20 years, Dave has been involved in 5 start-up companies providing non-traditional lending services through community banks.
His involvement in banking as well as start-up service companies provides Dave with unique experience. Time and again, community banks have turned to him to help find solutions to customer problems.
